Cooked with respect for where it comes from.

Chef Kenny Prophete, known to everyone as Chef Kendawg, learned to cook the way many great cooks do: by watching. He studied his father teaching his older brother, then carried every lesson to his aunt’s kitchen and practiced until it was his own.

At college in Tallahassee, far from the flavors of home, he began cooking for the people around him. Their requests grew into Kendawg’s Kitchen.

Each menu honors the original version of a dish first, then adds a touch of Chef Kendawg’s own. We cater weddings, corporate events, private dinners and celebrations, and we build every menu around you and your guests.

No shortcuts. A clean kitchen, and a plate that leaves every guest satisfied.
